Let’s work together.
I partner with organisations that are ready to move beyond the surface of education. My work is not about providing quick solutions. Instead, it is about building the capacity for deep inquiry and meaningful change. I offer several modes of engagement designed to help educators and leaders become fellow travellers with those they serve.
Engineering Emergence and Strategic Facilitation.
I lead organisations through the difficult process of defining their future. Using structured decision-making frameworks such as scenario planning and appreciative inquiry, I help leadership teams move from immediate problems to long-term strategies. This process focuses on the zone of emergence. This is the space where traditional habits are set aside to make room for new ways of thinking. We work together to ensure that the outcomes of these sessions are both actionable and sustainable.
The Magic Circle: Purpose-Driven Game Design.
I design games that serve as safe environments for professional growth. By utilising the magic circle, I create experiences where participants can take risks and explore complex social or ethical issues without the immediate pressure of their professional identities. These are not entertainment games, but rather purposeful experiences that use narrative and collaboration to foster empathy and critical thinking. This approach allows groups to do serious work while remaining deeply engaged in the process.
Deepening Inquiry: Philosophy and IB Support
I provide specialised support for schools and educators working within the International Baccalaureate and Philosophy for Children frameworks. Drawing on my experience as a principal examiner and curriculum developer, I help teachers move beyond the delivery of content. We focus on the practice of doing philosophy, which involves cultivating intellectual curiosity and resilience in students. I offer mentorship and training that helps educators build classrooms centred on dialogue and rigorous inquiry.
Learning Experience Design and Research.
I collaborate with museums, theatres, and educational institutions to design high-impact learning programs. This work is grounded in the A.R.T.E. loop of action, reflection, theory, and enaction. By starting with empathy and a deep understanding of the learner, I create curricula and workshops that prioritise the experience of becoming. My research services provide organisations with a comparative analysis of educational systems to inform their strategic decision-making and policy development.
Let’s Begin a Conversation.
If you are looking for standard training or a fast outcome, I am likely not the right fit for your project. However, if you have a complex challenge that requires a design-led and philosophical approach, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you. Please reach out to discuss how we might work together to create something meaningful.
