Work and Collaboration.
Let’s work together.
I partner with formal and non-formal learning institutions, NGO’s, charities, museums, theatres, galleries, schools, and educational bodies to cultivate spaces for serious inquiry and structural change. My work is not about delivering standard toolkits or superficial fixes. Instead, it focuses on the patient process of building capacity for deep thought and active learning.
Strategic Facilitation and Educational Consultancy.
I lead educational institutions through the complex process of mapping their future. Using structured frameworks like scenario planning and appreciative inquiry, I help leadership teams move past immediate operational friction and look towards long-term development. This practice opens up a space where traditional institutional habits can be set aside, allowing genuine pedagogical innovation to emerge in a sustainable way.
Purpose-Driven Game Design and Ludic Pedagogy.
I design bespoke game structures that serve as safe environments for professional and intellectual growth. By establishing a formal magic circle, I create experiences where participants can explore complex social, ethical, or systemic challenges without the immediate constraints of their professional identities. These are purposeful designs that use narrative and collaboration to foster critical reflection and serious, low-risk experimentation.
Philosophy and International Baccalaureate Support.
I provide specialised curriculum development, teacher training, and school support for institutions working within International Baccalaureate frameworks and Philosophy for Children initiatives. Drawing on my background as a principal examiner and workshop leader, I help educators move beyond the passive delivery of content. I focus on the live practice of doing philosophy, equipping teachers to build classrooms centred on dialogue, intellectual resilience, and rigorous inquiry.
Learning Experience Design and Educational Research.
I collaborate with museums, theatres, and cultural bodies to design high-impact learning programmes, whilst also designing and managing Erasmus+ and grant-funded projects. This work is grounded in the A.R.T.E. loop of action, reflection, theory, and enaction. By starting with a deep understanding of the learner, I create curricula and workshops that prioritise the experience of becoming. Additionally, my research services provide organisations with comparative analyses of educational systems to inform policy and curriculum development.
Let’s Begin a Conversation.
If you are looking for standard training or a fast outcome, I am likely not the right fit for your project. However, if you have a complex challenge that requires a design-led and philosophical approach, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you. Please reach out to discuss how we might work together to create something meaningful.
