Who I am.

I am a learning experience designer, curriculum developer, and philosopher of education. For over 18 years, my work has been situated at the intersection of rigorous humanities education and the technical architecture of international assessment. Based in Novi Sad, Serbia, I operate at a global scale as a Principal Examiner for International Baccalaureate (IB) Philosophy and an IB Workshop Leader.

My professional focus is the design of inquiry-based learning environments that balance academic depth with user-centric functionality. Through my agency, SWUX LXD, I partner with schools, non-formal learning organisations, charities, NGO’s, non-profits, galleries, museums, theatres, and international bodies to deliver learning design, educator training programs, and bespoke educational consultancy.


Academic & Pedagogical Foundation

Philosophy of Education

My practice is grounded in 20th-century Continental philosophy and the post-critical philosophy of education. I specifically draw upon the works of Hannah Arendt, Ludwig Wittgenstein, and Gert Biesta to navigate the tension between "learning" as an economic transaction and "education" as a relational encounter.

Following Biesta, I view the role of the educator not merely as a facilitator of "learning," but as one who "arouses an appetite" for the world. My designs prioritise subjectification, creating spaces where students can emerge as unique subjects rather than consumers of content.

I provide high-level consulting for institutions requiring a blend of intellectual rigour and technical design precision. My work focuses on the following pillars:

  • Curriculum Design & Development: I architect complex learning pathways, primarily in the humanities. This involves translating high-level pedagogical goals into structured, inquiry-led frameworks that are logically sequenced and assessment-ready.

  • Educator Training & Teacher Development: I design and lead professional development programs that move beyond procedural compliance. My focus is on equipping educators to navigate complex classroom discourse and implement post-critical pedagogical strategies in real-time.

  • Workshop Design & Facilitation: I specialise in the creation of immersive, high-impact training environments. Whether in-person or digital, my workshops are designed as "learning experiences" that prioritise participant agency and deep subject engagement.

  • Educational Consultancy: I provide strategic advice on curriculum design and delivery, assessment models, educator training, and institutional pedagogical alignment.

  • Erasmus+ Project Partnerships: I act as a technical and pedagogical partner for Erasmus+ initiatives, contributing expertise in learning experience design, project dissemination, and the development of intellectual outputs for pan-European educational consortia.
